And the Color of the Year Is...

2016 will be an interesting year for design and fashion trends, with two of the biggest companies in our industry naming shades of white as their color of the year. Benjamin Moore's Simply White and Sherwin-Williams' Alabaster are crisp, pure colors that speak to a shift towards the fresh, subtle, and effortlessss for the year.

 

 

What does this mean? Expect to see monochromatic schemes everywhere! This movement away from color might be a little overwhelming, but there are ways to incorporate the neutral without sterilizing your space.
